By accessing this website or placing an order with CAELION, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you must not use this site or place any orders. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

All products listed on the CAELION store are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

Products are made-to-order via our print provider. Production timelines are 7–14 business days before dispatch. We make reasonable efforts to display product colours and dimensions accurately, but minor variation from screen representation is expected and does not constitute a defect.

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors; in the event of a pricing error on a confirmed order, we will contact you before proceeding.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

All payments are processed securely by Square, Inc. We do not store card details. Payment is charged at the time of order placement. Failed payments result in automatic order cancellation.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that the billing information you supply is accurate.

All content on this website — including but not limited to graphics, sigil artwork, typography, product imagery, and written copy — is the intellectual property of CAELION or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent. Products are sold for personal use only; resale of unmodified CAELION pieces at a markup for commercial purposes is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CAELION shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• —Delays caused by our print provider or carrier
• —Loss of parcels after handover to the carrier
• —Customs delays or import duties imposed by the destination country
• —Errors in shipping addresses supplied by the customer
• —Colour variation between screen display and printed garment

Our liability for defective or incorrect products is limited to replacement or refund of the purchase price. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or connected to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
